  2. Invite team members early for collaboration

  3. Assign appropriate roles based on trust level and responsibilities

  4. Link streaming profiles for proper attribution

  5. Complete payment setup before your first release goes live

For Team Management

  1. Use Member role for most collaborators

  2. Reserve Admin role for trusted partners only

  3. Use Viewer role for external stakeholders

  4. Review team regularly and remove inactive members

  5. Assign specific responsibilities to each team member

For Labels

  1. Onboard artists systematically with clear guidelines

  2. Set expectations for review turnaround times

  3. Configure royalty models before first artist release

  4. Maintain communication with sub-account artists

  5. Monitor sub-account activity regularly

Security Considerations

Protecting Your Account

  • Limit Admin access to trusted individuals only

  • Review team membership regularly

  • Remove former team members promptly

  • Use strong passwords (magic link helps with this)

  • Monitor account activity through audit logs (admins only)

What Team Members Can See

  • All roles can see releases and basic analytics

  • Members and Admins can see earnings details

  • Only Admins can see payment configuration

  • Personal information (emails) is only visible to Admins

Common Questions

Can a user be a Member on one account and Admin on another?

Yes! Roles are account-specific. You might be an Admin on your own artist account and a Member on a label account.

Can I have multiple personal accounts?

Each user (email address) has one personal account, but you can be invited to collaborate on unlimited additional accounts.

What happens if I remove the only Admin?

You must have at least one Admin on every account. The system will prevent removing the last Admin.

Can sub-account artists release independently?

No, sub-account artists must go through their parent label for all releases. If they want independence, the label must remove the relationship.
